Cancellation 30+ Days Before Your Event

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date are eligible for a refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation 14–29 Days Before Your Event

Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation 7–13 Days Before Your Event

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event date are eligible for a 25% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Your Event

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.

Important Information

• The deposit is non-refundable and is required to reserve your event date and rental items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is approved.
• If we are able to rebook your rental items for another event on your original date, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
• In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
• Any damaged, missing, or excessively soiled rental items may be subject to additional charges as outlined in your rental agreement.

We offer delivery and pickup services based on your event location.

Delivery Fees

• A minimum delivery fee of $10 applies to all delivery orders.
• Delivery within 20 miles of our location starts at the $10 minimum fee.
• For locations more than 20 miles away, an additional $1 per mile will be added for each mile over 20 miles.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our location to the event address.

• Delivery availability is dependent on the event location, date, and our availability.
• Your exact delivery fee will be confirmed based on your event address before your order is finalized.
• Additional fees may apply for special delivery circumstances, including difficult access, stairs, long-distance carrying, or other conditions that require additional time or assistance.
• Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled in advance and may vary depending on the event schedule and route.

We’ll do our best to make delivery as easy and convenient as possible so you can focus on enjoying your event!

By booking rental items with Lovebug Event Rentals, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for all rental items from the time they are delivered or picked up until they are returned to Lovebug Event Rentals.

Customers agree to use all rental items for their intended purpose and to take reasonable care to prevent damage, loss, or misuse.

Damaged, Broken, or Missing Items:

The customer is responsible for any rental items that are damaged, broken, excessively soiled, altered, or lost while in their possession.

If an item is damaged or broken beyond normal wear and tear, the customer may be charged a percentage of the item's current replacement cost, based on the severity of the damage and whether the item can be repaired or must be replaced.

For items that are lost or damaged beyond repair, the customer may be responsible for up to 100% of the item's replacement cost.

Any applicable damage or replacement charges will be communicated to the customer and may be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking.

Normal Wear & Tear:

Normal wear and tear from proper use of the rental items will not result in additional charges. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or failure to follow rental instructions is the responsibility of the customer.

Agreement:

By completing a rental booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for the rental items for the duration of their rental period.
